Over the weekend Kendall, Kylie and I visited the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, something that is always a very bittersweet experience for me. Heartbreaking yet so inspiring! The children’s hospital is a place that is very near and dear to my heart. I go often in hopes of bringing smiles to these children’s faces and I’m so happy I got to share that experience with Kendall and Kylie. I wanted to show my baby sisters how easy and important it is to give back in life. Hopefully they’ll want to go with me again soon :)

I adore you but please if you are making an appearence at a children’s hospital at least include a picture of you and and a child and not where to buy your boots. I think you are awesome but back off on the selling the brand at some times!

Wow Kendall is really tall and getting prettier by the day. I love the dress and boots on you, nice choice Khloe. Just had to ask do you have to do charity work in front of the cameras or film it?! I believe its in the Bible that when giving charity your left hand shouldn’t know what’s in the right hand meaning the best form of charity is that given in secret and is ideally btwn you and God.
Anyway bottom line is the kids benefitted from the gifts and awareness you brought but since the Kim debacle I’m highly skeptical of these PR exercises…don’t know if its coming from a good place or to be SEEN to be good.
You should watch her interview with Sunrise Australia. She specifically mentions that she does this from her heart, in her own time, and it doesn’t really get publicised.
On KUWTK we don’t see her doing these visits, she chooses to keep it on the down low. I truly do believe that she’s doing it from the heart. If you hear how she speaks, she’s one who’s proud of everything she is, and everything she stands for. She’s quite open. But doesn’t really speak about her charity work because she’s not doing it for show. I completely get why you would question it though…media! They will have you believe anything!

Helping charity is always a Blessing, but sometimes the media can make pictures seems so unflattering. You both looking like uugh! I honey, I totally understand how it is.
