To Everyone Who Donated to THON…

I just saw this article about how my post and my tweets helped raise awareness about THON and it honestly made me so happy. But it wasn’t just me who did this, it was all of YOU who took the time to go to THON’s website, learn more about the cause and donate. You should all feel really good about yourselves for giving back to something so wonderful and making a difference in the life of a child. I’m so impressed and inspired by what those Penn State students do and the level of devotion they put towards THON and I hope some day soon it gets the worldwide credit and attention it deserves.

THON, something that is already big, could one day become even bigger. We all just have to continue to spread the word. For those of you who want to catch all the action, you can actually watch THON weekend live on www.thon.org, so tune in February 19th-21st!!!
Thank you so much again to everyone who donated — beyond touched your generosity! xoxoxo

Khloé

    Hey y’all
I go to UNC and we also have a Dance Marathon and ours is the same weekend. For 24 hours 100s of college students dance and stand for the UNC Childrens Hospital! I have friends at Penn State who participate in THON and love it just as much as I love DM! Just opening everyones eyes to all the different Dance Marathons and ways to get involved! :)

    THANKS!

    Khloe,

I am a recent Penn State graduate, and this is my first year away from THON. To know that awareness is being raised all over the nation, fills the void of not being able to be there to witnes the magic. Next weekend is going to be particularly emotional for my organization, as one of our THON children lost his battle to cancer in January. Spending four years with him and witnessing his strength and courage was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. He never gave up hope and neither will we!

    THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

In loving memory of Jed <3 FTK!!!!!

    Khloe,
I’m a Senior at Penn State UPark, and I was actually a dancer for THON last year. It was one of the most difficult, yet most rewarding experiences of my life to be standing for 46 hours with the kids.

I want to thank you for taking the time out to support me and my school in our fight against pediatric cancer. I know it means a lot to everyone.

    Thank you once again!!

THON was able to raise $7,838,054.36 this year. Thanks so much to all that donated. I’ve seen first hand the huge difference it makes in the lives of all the children and their families and how they have benefited. Its absolutely amazing the difference some college students can make and a special thanks to all the time and dedication they put in.
