Talking Body Image in Us Weekly

Khloe Kardashian talks body image in this week's issue of Us Weekly.
Hi my loves! I just wanted to share my cover from this week’s issue of Us Weekly.  The feature is all about my lifelong struggle with weight and how now I can say that I’m proud of my body. My body weight will always be something that I will have to work on for the rest of my life but I am finally in a really good place and learning to love me for me and not for someone else’s standards. I really enjoyed speaking out about this to Us, and if I can help other people find the self-confidence that I’ve found, then I’m definitely a happy girl!

Pick up a copy of this week’s Us Weekly on newsstands now to read the article in full. xoxoxo

I have to tell you i have just started watching the KHLOE AND LAMAR show and i am now recording it! You both make a great couple! In reference to the playboy article and ppl interpreting what your husband said-YOU ARE NOT FAT! your gorgeously tall with legs to die for and a great figure. Have you thought about breaking away and finding your own style? You shouldn’t have to become upset about what ppl think of you. Your tasks will be never ending-ppl are never satisfied. Live for yourself and your relationship. Dont let anyone’s words break you down. You’re pretty fukin great.

You are absolutely stunning, my opinion- you dont need to change a thing about yourself because every inch of your body makes you KHLOE KARDASHIAN. And what “fat” are you talkin about, girlll your curves are gorgeous..

    Ms. Khloe,

you are absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! You’re body is a temple and Lamar is clearly worshiping at the alter, but I understand your struggle.
My whole life I have dealt with my weight, my family constantly ridiculed me for it, even as a teenager I was a healthy size girl, but I was also Ms. Athlete, so I was super toned, but it still wasn’t good enough for my mom.
Finally I stopped listening to the negativity and started loving who I was and how I looked.
It wasn’t easy but I love the person I turned out to be, thick and voluptous, but beautiful inside and out, and you lovely are beautiful inside and out.
Thank you for sharing, it does mean a lot to people like me.

Khloe, you are on of the most beautiful women alive. I envy your body and I hated seeing you get so skinny because I was worried you’d become anorexic. You are just so beautiful and like my momma tells me: “You’re built like a brick shit house.” (Apparently, my great-grandpa thought that was the best compliment to give a woman about her body….)

“Do it right, the first time…” Meaning, we are not in control, allow the body to find its Ideal Weight, by Nutrifying and Fortifying it with what it needs – Biologically. It is an amazing creation, it will adapt to any environmemt, you can form it like a sculptor, but most of all, it was created to go beyond limits, we just have to get in-tune with it, not control it or give it a temporary fix. You are beautiful, don’t be afraid to show that, being healthy & fit benefits everyone, especially you…
