The weather in LA has been absolutely gorg, so Kendall and I decided to take advantage of it and go on a hike! Kendall brought along her dog, Blu, and we got an amazing workout while catching up on some girl talk! How adorable is Blu? I am so obsessed!!

It’s great hitting the gym, but going out for a hike is so refreshing and a great workout too! I’m a big fan of mixing it up and trying a little bit of everything to keep fitness fun and exciting! What new workouts do you dolls like to do? I’m always looking to spice things up and try something that I haven’t done before, like when Kourt and I did the aerial workouts! So fun! Ready to Get Fit in 2013!

It’s a new year which means it’s time to hop back on the fitness bandwagon! I’m always pretty good about working out, but as soon as my schedule gets super busy I find myself falling out of my routine. Well that’s not going to happen in 2013! I found this 10-Minute Tone-Up routine on Self.com that I really want to try, so that way I can’t make any excuses when I don’t have time to for a full hour at the gym. Do you guys have any good fitness plans for the new year?

All of us Kardashian Dolls have been totally committed to working out this summer. And now we are all seeing results! Sometimes I don’t like what the tabloids write, but this time they got it right! LOL.

Khloe Knows Best: Workout Regimen

Watching your weight is something we all battle! Working out is something we dread!! But lately I have been realizing that working out and eating healthier leads to a better, happier lifestyle in general! I for one, have totally changed my daily regimen. First off, I go boxing three days a week– Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Boxing is such an amazing working and stress reliever. I never feel like I am working out while I am boxing (which I love!!).

Besides boxing, I work out everyday and do a full cardio workout that includes running on the treadmill and bicycling. I try to work out with a friend so that we keep each other motivated and moving. That way, if I back down, they can push me back into it and work even harder! I am a competitive person so having a friend with me is fab! On weekends, I try to stay active as well. I used to use the weekends as my free days off but then realized Mondays turned out hard for a reason.  So, I do different types of things besides the gym, like hiking with my little sisters. Walking with them keeps me on my toes because of all of their energy. I have to keep up with those girls!
