Add a Little Flair to Your LBD
While the simplicity of a little black dress never gets old, it’s always nice to spice up the look a bit with a funky pair of shoes or a cool accessory. Last week during my trip to NYC I paired a plain long sleeve dress with sexy thigh-high patterned boots which I think gave my look a bit of a 60s go-go dancer edge. What’s your favorite way to add a little flair to your look?
Head to Toe Leather
While in NYC I took a bit of a fashion risk with this head to toe leather look, and not to toot my own horn, but I think it looked pretty fab. I love having fun with my look and trying new things, and this was a cool way to add a little edge to a chic black & white outfit.
Travel Glam
Usually I’m all about comfort when I travel, but I was so excited for my trip to NYC that I decided to get all glammed up for my flight on Wednesday (of course I took the makeup off mid-flight LOL, as you can see in the pics of me arriving). Nothing like a red lip and big shades to add a little glamour to your look. I just got these Dita sunglasses and I’m in love with them!
Now after a short yet VERY busy trip, it’s travel time once again.Thanks for the hospitality, New York! LA, here I come :)

Summer of Style Party in NYC
Last week during my time in NYC I attended Life & Style’s Summer of Style party at Dreams Downtown. It was so much fun! I love going out in NYC because it’s a great opportunity to catch up with old friends I don’t get to see that often :)

I know that technically I’m not supposed wear the same outfit twice, but I can’t help it if I’m madly in love with my K-DASH maxi dress LOL. It is sooooo comfy and flattering — perfect for when I’m running around or traveling and just want to be comfortable. So you may see me wearing this a few more times… I’m a repeat offender and proud! LOL.
