Yesterday Kim, Kourtney and I did a shoot for the NOH8 campaign, which is a silent photo protest created with the goal of ultimately overturning Proposition 8. It was such an honor to have been asked to represent such an important and worthy cause and we were so excited at the opportunity. The passage of Prop 8 was an event that I still have trouble stomaching, and I’m sure many of you feel the same way. All people, gay or straight, should be able to get married and share the same rights — love is love and I can’t really fathom how and why people disagree with that. If you don’t want to marry a person of the same sex, then don’t! It’s as simple as that. Everyone should at least be given the option. There should be no limitations as to who we choose to spend our lives with, and there should be no outside parties helping to make these decisions for us. If someone had told me that I couldn’t marry Lamar, I would have told them to go F themselves! LOL.My sentiments regarding this subject are the reason I was so excited to participate in this campaign. The photo above is the promo pic from our shoot. Love you khloe! Sorry but I don’t support Prop 8, marriage should be between man and wife period. Time has really changed, this world is turning into foolishness. What’s sad is that society now forces you to love and support gay people, especially if your in the entertainment industry. Nowadays you have to support GLAAD or the world will gladly turn on you.
