It’s a new year which means it’s time to hop back on the fitness bandwagon! I’m always pretty good about working out, but as soon as my schedule gets super busy I find myself falling out of my routine. Well that’s not going to happen in 2013! I found this 10-Minute Tone-Up routine on Self.com that I really want to try, so that way I can’t make any excuses when I don’t have time to for a full hour at the gym.
