Hey dolls! I’ve been on a big health kick lately, and I’m really excited to announce my new weekly series, Fresh Fridays! It’s so important to not only look healthy, but feel healthy, too! Each week, I’m going to post a nutritious and delicious recipe to keep you all feeling fresh, fit, and beautiful!
I’m especially into smoothies right now. They’re so refreshing, and they fill you up (especially if you add protein powder). The first idea I want to share with you guys is a seriously amazing tropical mango smoothie recipe.
Mango Smoothie:
1/2 cup mango juice puree
1 cup mango (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup nonfat milk
2/3 scoop vanilla protein powder
6 ice cubes
And voila, honey!
