Hi dolls! As you all know, I loooooove cooking! I love challenging myself and trying new things and I pretty much ALWAYS go all out LOL. For Lamar’s birthday, I wanted to cook him something special. When I asked him what he was in the mood for he told me he wanted crab since I had never cooked that before. Obviously I was up for the challenge LOL. I spent hours in the kitchen and everything came out perfectly. I made crab legs, shrimp, rice, sweet corn, chicken sausage, peach cobbler and one of Lamar’s favorites, fried chicken and biscuits. It was truly a feast and Lamar loved it! If my hubby is happy, I’m happy :)
Being the proud chef that I am, I had to take pics of my cooking masterpiece to share with all of you LOL.

Awww Mrs. Odom! You are truly a remarkable woman! That is so sweet. I knew if brings you pleasure to see your husband happy and I’m sure it’s the same for him. I remember the video of him walking lin Beverly Hills getting suited for his Tux and the paps asked him a question. His response was as long as the women are happy. You two make a perfect match. I’ve always thought you were such a great wife and homemaker…I’d be interested in seeing you write a book about your life separate from the family, your life with Lamar, being a career woman and a homemaker and how you do it all. Everything from how you organize your closet, how you keep your marriage hot, your routines in terms of health, beauty, fitness and nutrition, housekeeping, cooking and being woman of the house!
I used your banana pudding recipe, and it came out great!…I still need to master the art of a good biscuit, where is the recipe?
