Only implants show in xrays. If Kim had injections, which is how most people do it to get a softer more natural effect as opposed to the implants harder result, it wouldn’t show. It’s curious that Kim thought she had to go through the trouble of getting an xray and posting it to show people her butt is real though!

Why is your family so selfish? You people got all that money, and you’re begging, for more. Why don’t you people help a family, like one on low income. You should pay their rent for one year, so they can get back on their feet. But no, you rather show the world how much money you got by buying something you don’t need. It ‘s really sad, how much you want people to like you, and watch your show on tv, but you won’t lift your rich little ass finger to help someone in need. in the episode you can see when her sister gets an x-ray she gets in a gown and they have the light of the x-ray machine to adjust the image. when kim is on the table she has no gown, there is no light on her butt from the x-ray machine and she is wearing all her jewelry. kim does not need implants to make her butt look bigger she can just get injections of expanding cells, which is used to expand the glutes with a more natural look.
in conclusion you might have fooled the ignorant people, but not everyone. it would be easier to admit you got a fake butt.

I am currently an xray tech and a fan of the show I have to say I was highly disappointed with the fake x ray episode. NO tech will do any x ray with all the excess metal she had on I would first like to point out and second why was Kourtney’s procedure(removal of clothing, jewelry etc.) done different from Kim’s. She made more time just letting it stay a rumor instead of paying some hollywood doctor to make a mockery of those trained in the medical field
