We all know that I’m not one that’s afraid to speak my mind, nor do I get embarrassed very easily, so I have no problem screaming at the top of my lungs about periods and vaginas. Getting your period is natural, so as a woman, why should I have to keep my mouth shut about it? But not all girls are as comfortable discussing these sorts of topics as freely as I am, and that’s the issue that I want to address here.

It shouldn’t take a primarily female environment to make girls feel at ease talking about their period! Personally, I like talking about these things LOL, which was why I so excited to participate with Kim and my mom in a series of videos called “Getting Real” with U by Kotex. We answered girls’ questions about their periods, and shared some fun personal experiences of our own. Watch the video above for the first in the series, and then watch the rest on the Celebuzz Getting Real page.
U by Kotex has also launched a new line of products so be sure to check them out on their website.

Oh …my… god! I JUST saw this on Kimmies, and I was like- screw this- Khloé’s is going to be amazing! LMFAO!! I knew you’d say “vaginas” like at least once! Love love love, xoxEMS!

Man people r so rude…if u don’t like khloe then don’t folow her u dum ass…khloe u r beautiful and outspoken
Well I absolutely love you!! There’s nothing wrong with being open minded and a very blunt person, if ppl don’t like it they shouldn’t leave rude comments on your web page! Your not a famewhore so that person can suck it! :)
I think it’s good to tell your kids about periods when they’re old enough. I wasn’t told at all and when it happened for me I thought I was dying. I went and told my mom, and I was freaking out. That’s when she explained it to me.
Hi Khloe , I also talk freely about periods and all that stuff , even with guy friends :L I think its good when girls open up about these kinds of things :D x
Cool !

I got my period at the movies too! I was 9 and we were watching Anastasia.
My mom also has five girls total, and she was always very open with us.So, my sister’s and I talk openly about anything that has to do with our bodies, I don’t understand why it should be so hush, hush its really not a secret!! but people act like it is!
if you are so open about your period…
do you use tampons or pads?
or both
what do you use when you are in the shower to clean during your period?
