Hi dolls. In light of World Aids Day today, I volunteered at Project Angel Food with a group of MAC makeup artists to put together meals for those living with the AIDS virus. Project Angel Food is a local organization that delivers more than 11,000 nutritious and free meals to those suffering from life-threatening illnesses, including cancer and HIV/AIDS. It’s the only charity in LA County that gives daily free meals to those in need, while others charge for such services. It was a great experience and a wonderful cause that I was honored to have the opportunity to work with. It’s so important that we all take the time to give back. If you can’t go out and volunteer today, stop by your local MAC store and purchase a VIVA GLAM product because the MAC AIDS Fund will match dollar-for-dollar the sales for all Viva Glam lipstick and lipglass which are sold for $14. While Project Angel Food has plenty of loyal volunteers, they could ALWAYS use more! To find out how YOU can make a difference, go to www.projectangelfood.org, or you can get more info on their Facebook Fanpage. Every little thing helps :)
Cooking For World AIDS Day!
Also, for those of you who like to cook, I signed this apron and want to give it away here on my site. In order to win, tell me in a comment what you do to get in the giving spirit, no matter how small it may be!

Hello! I do photography part time and am a stay at home. I give back with photography to people who I know at times like these can’t afford to do pics and I get so much more out of that than I do getting paid for it! Thanks for the chance…I love keeping up with your blog!
to be in the giving spirit i help my grandma with transportation help my brother take care of his kid while he works and goes to school i help my mom around the house like cook and clean
Hey khloe! im a college student and i dont have classes on thursdays or tuesdays so i go and help little kids between 3, 4 and 5 get ready for kindergarden, by teaching them letters, how to count and getting them motivated and ready to take the big step of leaving to school for the first time! With a program called JUMPSTART!
At my church we find children whose parents are in prison for the holidays and they write down what they want for Christmas and we go out and buy them their presents. To see the kids faces light up when they open the presents is priceless. I also give away gift cards to restaurants to the homeless so they can have a nice warm meal :)
Hi Khloe – My passion is helping homeless and feral cats. In my town, I take care of several colonies, which involves humanely trapping the cats, having them neutered/spayed and returning them if they are too feral to home. Each day, I return to the colonies to feed the cats. I find it so rewarding to help animals who don’t have a voice.
I love your show!
me :) i learning how to cook.
Every year, about 5 times a month, my mom and i go to the homeless shelter and pass out gifts and food to the families. We actually went to Dominican Republic one year and brought a tricycle for a little boy that we saw the year before with just handle bars. At first it almost got lost going through the airport, but luckily we found it. My mom and I also are going to start a project in which we have at least every person from our church and neighborhood buy at least one publix giftcard worth $5 so that we can give it to the shelters around where we live. I myself, would love to help out with Project Angel Food.
the holidays ALWAYS gets me in the giving spirit. i love donating old toys during christmas and volunteering at soup kitchens. and ever since my uncle died of aids 3 years ago, i’ve raised HIV/AIDS awareness in my high school. when i saw your tweet about this, i thought oh my god! some of my favorite things, cooking and mac makeup! put together by you, khloe, is amazing to give back to those living with the HIV virus :)

hiya doll,
I give back by doing a food drive every year to help stock our local food banks and I help when i see someone in need on the street, at a mall , even with my “online” friends i try to offer what I can even if it is just listening and guiding them to get the help they need in their local areas. Recently just did a Breast Cancer Charity and raised $4,012.00 for the Susan G komen for a cure foundation:)
