Khloe is so much fun to work with because she is always willing to try out new things. This half-up half-down style can be tricky because it can come across as too formal. The trick is in keeping the waves as messy and undone as possible. Here are a few tips on how to get this look at home.
- Rough dry your hair upside down to get as much body and natural texture as possible. You don’t need to take a brush to it.
- Once dry, work with your natural texture, and take a large barreled curling iron to large sections of your hair. For this look in particular, I love Sarah Potempa’s Beachwaver. It’s great at waving hair quickly, but giving you that beachy, undone look.
- As you curl, tug the sections downward to keep the wave loose and natural.
- Spray Oribe Dry Texture Spray throughout hair and secure a small ponytail, from the temples back away from the face.
