Khloe Kardashian - Fresh Friday: Green Juice

I am totally on a green kick right now! They look gross, but green drinks are so nutritious and delicious, contain tons of vitamins, and help you lose weight. Grab a green juice for a refreshing post-workout thirst quencher, or a protein-infused green smoothie for a light lunch. Drink better, feel better! Here’s one of my fav recipes:

Banana Raspberry

1 cup raspberries
1 medium banana, peeled
3 cups fresh baby spinach
4-6 ounces filtered water or ice

    I just saw the video about bullying, and it made cry!!! I got so emotional cause I went through living hell with bullies… and actually, IT DOES GET BETTER! Thank you so much for sharing!!! I cant believe how a successful, beautiful and charismatic strong woman can take crap from other people.
