On Saturday Lamar, Rob, and Rob’s friend Jesse went on a little family hiking adventure in the Valley!! We had no idea anyone was even taking pictures LOL. Sneaky sneaky! Anyway, I’m a big fan of the gym, but it’s always nice to change up your workout routine to keep things fun and interesting. Hikes are an amazing way to do that. Anything outdoors for that matter is always fun — walking, jogging, yoga in Runyon Canyon (a hiking trail in LA), outdoor boot camp, biking, swimming — the list goes on and on.

My favorite way to change up my workout routine is dancing! I absolutely love to dance and it is a great way to stay in shape and tone those legs! I’ll go to a basic jazz or hip hop class to fulfill my workouts for a day.

Hey Khloe! One way I love to change up my workout routine is dancing. At my school they have dance workout classes and I’ll go to the jazz or hip hop workout. It’s fun and it’s nice because the gym or running on the track can get boring sometimes.
