Dear ‘Little Sisters’,
You are beautiful because you are you. Never let anyone make you feel otherwise. Be who you want to be, trust yourself, and don’t be in a rush to grow older. You are only a young girl once, enjoy it and have as much fun as possible while it lasts. Most importantly, take care of yourself. Have confidence in everything that you do especially when it comes to getting the facts you need to know about your health.
Don’t let the taboos that society has placed on being a woman get in the way of achieving your dreams. Speak up, ask the questions, and get the facts you need to know about your changing body. I encourage you to help change the message about girls’ health by joining U by Kotex Generation Know, the first generation of girls committed to learning more about their health and bodies.
