I have been using QuickTrim for 2 weeks. I haven't seen results. I usually go for a 15-30 min walk with my puppy everyday. I don't eat terrible, but I don't follow a strict diet. What exactly did you do while on this diet? Everyone thinks they can buy this pill and they will just get skinny using it. A friend and I are looking at gnc.com and noticed there are 4 diff quick trim products. Which one are you using? How long did you need to take quick trim to notice the difference in your body? I am happy to see the before and after pictures but please be honest about it. You both are also in the gym a few days a week which also makes a difference.

Wow Khlo! You can really tell in your arms and face...which is my problem areas...along with belly!! I've been taking the QT pills twice a day for a couple weeks now, seeing a lil' difference. The best thing from QT however is the 48hr. cleanse. It's not the greatest tasting stuff, but you mix with water 4 times a day. I buy fresh fruit, yogurt, veg. broth, and only eat that. you should EAT while taking 48 hr. cleanse...just not 'real' food. Alot of liquids, fresh fruits and gelatins. It's too bad you can't be a role model for women and not have to promote weight loss pills. Why can't a promient figure ever promote natural eating (eating when hungry stopping when full) instead of focusing on ways to lose weight fast? Someone has to change society's obsession with weight loss. Who better to do it than celebrities? Life is about more than what a person weights but so far, no one, not even the most famous people in the world who seem to have everything anyone could ever want aren't happy with themselves unless they are talking about how they got thin. Sure you can lose weight but what you feel on the inside is the true measure of health. Are you constantly obsessing about what you're eating even if you are a healthy weight? I have struggled for years with that obsession and I have finally broken free. You have no idea what that type of freedom feels like until you experience it. Dare I say, THAT is true happiness.

Wow, that is a difference I didnt realize it. I watch you all the time you are great and you are looking amazing. I started using QT pills extreme burn and I think its going great. I lost 3 lbs the first week so I started to get serious, I was eating somewhat healthy but I completely cut out soda and fried foods and started exercising about 30 minutes 5 days a week its been 7 weeks and I lost 21 lbs.
