I <3 Fro-Yo!!!
I just saw these pics on OKMagazine.com from when I stopped by Yogen Fruz the other day so I thought it would be fun to do a post about Frozen Yogurt! LOL.
I had just come from working out at the Equinox gym and I have SUCH a sweet tooth and fro yo is a way for me to satisfy that craving in a healthier way. Fro-yo is definitely a very common stop after I hit the gym LOL. I can’t lie, I definitely eat it a few times a week :)
My favorite frozen yogurt places are Daymond and Pythios in Calabasas and Tasti D-Lite in NYC. One of my favorite things about NYC is that you can find a Tasti D-Lite on literally every corner. It’s AMAZING!!! While those are both healthy fro-yo choices, I have to admit that I treat myself to a chocolate frosty from Wendy’s every once in a while! I die for them!!!
I’m a pretty simple gal when it comes to frozen yogurt flavors — I pretty much stick to chocolate, strawberry, or tart. But when places have the cookies n’ cream flavor, there’s pretty much no competition. LOL.

Hosting Brittani Senser’s Album Release Party at Kress
Over the weekend, the twins and I went to help host Brittani Senser’s album release party at Kress in LA. The album is called “Piece of Me” and it’s AMAZING — she has an unbelievable voice!
The rooftop of Kress is so cool, such a great night spot in the summer! We had a great time :)
Girls Night Out at Pink Elephant!!!
While I was in NYC, Adrienne, Malika, Ashley and I went to Pink Elephant to celebrate our friend’s birthday. We had sooooo much fun!!!!
I absolutely LOVE New York — the night life is so different there and everything is open later. It really is the city that never sleeps!
We had the best time…it truly was a girls night out :)
Night Out at Playhouse
While I was back in LA the crew and I had a night out on the town at Playhouse. It was me, Malika, Khadijah, SP, Chris, Coop, and Joey and we had the best time, as usual. LOL. We all just needed to take a night to let loose and enjoy ourselves.
We always have so much fun when we hang out together. Love my friends!!!!
