As I'm sure you all know, Kim, reggie and I are in Africa right now and it has been the most incredible experience of my life!!!! I've taken soooo many pics but I'm having trouble uploading them so here are a couple I took on my phone.
We went to a feeding facility yesterday with D.E.F., the Diamond Empowerment Fund. D.E.F. is an organization created to support education initiatives geared toward disadvantaged people in Africa. We handed out food and milk to women and children and we got to play with the kids -- they were all SO adorable!!!!!!!
This has been the most eye-opening trip and I can't wait to share all the details with you when I get back!!!! xoxo

You look AWESOME! I just got Apidex from my doctor but leary about taking it. Did you have any side effects? Speedy feeling? How many times a day did you take one? I was told to cut in half, take half in am and half early afternoon. If you have time, could you privately e-mail me any advise. I need to loose 25 lbs.

Khloe- are you seriously wearing boots out there? Do you know that when you are out doing humanitarian work and even volunteer work you should assimilate witht he crowd in order to get the full effect of your experience. I hope this trip really does open your eyes to a whole different world that we from time to time forget about. I hope you all are doing great things and use your influences and power to help this part of the world, but please use judgement... these kids fall inlove with you because you look "perfect" to them, give them hope and faith to live and succeed in the world they live in and work with what they have.

good for you for going to africa but you & kim's tweets yesterday about "buying diamonds helps pay for food for kids in hiv centers" were really ignorant and poorly worded.
you should be more responsible with the things you put out into the media. there's no way to know whether or not a diamond you buy is from a country that empowers its people through their resources or if someone lost their hands or life over it. you should go to west africa and get a clue about the real price of diamonds.

About your problem uploading the pics from your trip.. I had the same problem with my brand new Canon camera. I couldnt attach them to emails. I think it was because the megapixel was insanely high. Maybe that is the same problem you have?? Most importantly AMAZING what you're doing there!

what your doing is truley a life changing expierence. I wish every celebrity would take the time to do what you and your sister and reggie are doing. By you going there means the world to those kids, and all you did was show up. It means everything to them, and by you going there you've changed the lives of so many. Some of you are hilarious! Erm, we wear boots in South Africa kids. Why don't you work your amazing internet-machine called GOOGLE and look up South Africa, Jo'burg and Cape Town. Then you can hop right off your naive high horse. We live in actual real houses in actual real suburbs. We have actual real shops that sell actual real boots! God, I have no patience for stupid people with dumbass comments about South Africa and treating us like jungle-folk. Especially since Cape Town has just been listed as the number 2 destination in the world with New York coming in at 6 or 7 :p

Being from Cape Town, you truly cant beat the beuty of the city :) Wish you and Kim could go down there and see... with you moving to Miami soon, you would love it and be able to see how similar it is along the Camps Bay strip with bars, clubs and awsome retaurants.

Hi Khloe, I'm just curious how did u find South Africa? a lot of americans have a bad view of my beautiful country. Jay Z once said that he had a false perception of SA, but when he approached Cape Town he thought he was in the Hamptons...lol...I really admire you, I'm also a kinda black sheep in my family but i always come up top. Khloe please don't go back home and talk about ur time in Africa, americans have it all wrong,Africa is a continent and South Africa is a country, I really hope u can start to educate people back in the US. Can u also start to educate people in your country that you don't have to travel across the ocean to help people and little children, there are a lot of children that need help in and around you. I really admire you guys especially u Khloe, I remember the episode where u helped that homeless man, to me that shows that u do care about people and not doing this for ant kind of publicity, I really hope u can teach some of the other celebrities that it's not only about posing for picture with the 'poor little black kids in Africa' some of these people don't even do a follow up on how these children are doing, throwing money at them doesn't make u a good person, but giving ur tym and heart must also come with the charity. I think that Faby and lola weren't trying to say that people in South Africa don't wear boots. Those who took it that way are the ignorant ones. It's more about dressing for the occasion. Khloe's outfit was more appropriate for a photo shoot rather than doing something charitable. Who wears thigh boots to feed children? We don't see Angelina Jolie or any other humanitarian dressed like they are ready for a photo-op. I'm not trying to take away what Khloe did, because I think it's great, but she made a poor choice with the outfit.
God! AWESOME, that u can go to those kind of places and do charity... is so great!! Someday I want to go to africa... Oh you look so happy, and the kids too.

i know exactly how you feel i did this 2 years in a row for 2 weeks each in Zimbabwe Africa. the worst of the worst! and alli did was go to orphanges and schools and aids and cancer hospitals with kids! its an amazing feeling! i would love to go back! im 20 now and doing when were young i think is when its most valuable. we learn alot.
