What do you dolls think of my first tabloid cover?!?!?!? I've been on other covers but never a tabloid!!!!!
I am so excited to share my new exercise and diet secrets with you guys! I have been following a daily regimen that includes the following: Eating really well -- a combination of proteins, carbs and fats. I make sure to get plenty of exercise -- I love Kimmie's Fit in your Jeans by Friday DVDs, especially when I'm on the road. It seriously does wonders!!!!
The best part is that I have a whole new diet program which is all natural, keeps me energized throughout the day and helps me with controlling my appetite! I still want to tone up more and hopefully by August be at my ideal body. I say body because I try to judge my results by how I feel and look and not by how much I weigh. I don't go by numbers. I NEVER weigh myself!
One of the most rewarding aspects of losing all this weight is the fact that my twitter family is motivated by my workout tweets!!!! It means so much to me when I see all of your responses. I love to share my secrets and I am so proud that people are noticing my results. I am trying sooo hard. Getting in shape is not easy. It's definitely hard work, but it is a life mission for me and I feel amazing!!!!!
