Hey Khloe doll, thanks for answering our questions. I think you are so fab and thanks so much for calling me today. I was so excited and that was so sweet. I have a question for you:

How is your diet going? I am on a diet as well and I think its so hard to stay on the wagon. Do you have any advice for us slackers and what is the best way to get right back on the diet wagon if ya fall off?

hi Khloe i really need some advice, should i lose weight? do you think im fat?? im 5'7 and a uk size 14 which i think is a us 10 or 12. My boss has been taunting me about my weight saying im fat and i need to lose weight its really getting me down im so paranoid now. what shall i do. i think your such a good role model ur not stick skinny your lovely and curvey and by no means fat! i dont feel like i can talk to anybody else. please help me. what size are you? im so depressed i dont know what to do i dont feel like i can carry on xxxxx

Ok sorry I know you asked Khloe for her advice, but I'm going to give you mine as well!

First of all, I am the same size as you, and an hourglass, and most of the time I feel big compared to all my stick figure friends, but then I wear try to wear things that enhance my figure and totally cinch in at the waist, and then all the stick figures say they are jealous of my curves and how sexy they are, and that they wish they had boobs like me! So that has really helped me, (along with Kim and Khloe being such good role models for non-sticks) to appreciate who I am and that I am still beautiful and sexy no matter being a few lbs bigger. I really hope you find that in yourself. Listen to Trinny and Susannah! Their advice is great!

Secondly, I'm sorry but I have to say it: YOUR BOSS IS A WANKER/BITCH!!!! (not sure if your boss is male or female). I'm not sure about the laws in Britain, but if he/she were taunting you for being fat in New Zealand, you would have tremendous support on telling someone how he/she treats you and they would simply have to stop! It is not good enough for an employer to treat their employee that way! Get out if you can - can you find another job? Sometimes easier said than done, but if you can get out, do it. You do not need to be hearing all that rubbish from anyone, let alone your boss. If you can't get out, I think you should try and go higher if you can. If your boss has their boss that is higher up the food chain, take a serious complaint to them. This is not fair on you at all.

Sorry to write so much but what you said really angered me because you are clearly a very sweet girl and no one deserves that crap. I am here for you , and I am the same size, sister. Work those curves and don't listen to your boss!

Toronto Doll - you probably got banned from the site. Do you share a computer with someone? They may have been posting horrible things and got banned from the site. Some other girl asked a similar question a few weeks ago and she said she kept getting an "invalid request" message, that means you got banned. Try accessing kim's site from a different pc.

Let me give you some advice...

Remember that happiness is the key to value. Enjoy your life as much as you can and make the best out of every situation. If you are truly happy, then other people won't be able to bring you down with their judgements. Finding happiness is the definition of success in life.

Worrying solves nothing - if it's that big a deal, make a plan and fix whatever it is that is bugging you.

Love yourself. Realise that everyone has good and bad qualities, including you - those who emphasise their good qualities are generally more lovable. You can be too.

So maybe you don't have many friends now - when you're older and people aren't so immature, you'll find some.

Take the road that's less travelled on. Odds are you'll gain so much more and still be able to walk the well trodden path.

If you want people to know you are not shy, then stare intently at them. If you want them to know you are relaxed and carefree, glance every now and then at their eyes.

Remember that the whole point of this article is to show others you are proud of yourself and you don't care what people perceive you as. You will gain high respect for being yourself and not trying to attach yourself to a group.

People want a reaction. If you ignore them, they will realize it's no fun to taunt and make fun of you. Show them you don't care, and they'll get the message.

But yes, I'm in the exact same boat, incredibly curvy which my bf loves, however, my entire family calls me fat all the time, accuses me of eating bad food when in reality they have no idea how healthy and fit I really am. So fab you take to time to anwser our questions :) I had no idea you lived with Kourt. I wish we saw more of your actual homes rather than just your Moms. As stylish as the 3 of you are with clothing I can just imagine what your personal homes must be like :)

Remember... you're the one all the time talking about how you keep it real, tell it like it is, say what other people want to say. But let me reword myself since I think I'm being taken the wrong way.

I wanted to ask you... do you think it's possible you don't really want to mess with guys b/c you're afraid of being hurt?? You've had... uh... experiences with losing somebody really important to you before.. something most of us have NEVER dealt with. I thought maybe this was a source of major sadness for you. Something that seems to keep you from being 100% as happy as you "could" be. Speaking from experience with such issues it is a big deal to go out on the limb and let somebody in. And some of us go through harder times than others. Most of us have had to deal with loss of one type or another but not a death. I don't have that experience myself and I really couldn't say a *#&$ thing about what that must be like.

I was wondering ... in retrospect... do you think you were hard on Kourt's boyfriend, almost fiance?, about the phone messages? I mean.. you were telling her to never talk to him again, don't listen to any explanations. Even afterwards you were pretty harsh on him, and still telling Kourt that it's all a lie. Why were you hatin' on him so bad? I know you're tight with the sisters but.... that doesn't explain it all.

Jorgizill - reality shows play up on things and over-dramatize for the cameras, alot of reality tv is not even real, so that episode was blown out of proportion on purpose, that whole story line might have been fake, just like the blind date episode and the civil war episode and calendar/anniversary episode lol, who cares it's still an entertaining show to watch.

I'm a 26 year mother with 2 boys and a step daughter. I'm writing you this because awhile back I had asked if your mom had a blog. I am actually going through some marriage and step daughter issues that maybe Kris and Bruce could help me with. Pay attention to the people around you. You will find that everybody has something to worry or complain about, not just you. It's easy to focus on those who seem to have it all, but you never know what's going on inside. They might look happy, but they might be miserable as well. Don't look at others and think "I should have it like they do." Look at those who aren't as fortunate as you are and take note of how blessed you are. Count your blessings. If it helps, consider volunteering or start a friendship with someone who is not as fortunate and find small or gradual ways to help them.

Practice acceptance. Stop dwelling on how things should be, what could've been, and what you don't have. Recognize what you do have--whether you like it or not, it's yours to keep or to change. Accepting your lot in life is not about resigning yourself to unhappiness. It's about not wasting time wishing for what you don't have. You could try writing a list of things you want, and things you have. Consider the thought that many less fortunate people will want some of the basic things that you have.

Become a problem solver. Use your lemons to make lemonade. Get in the habit of asking yourself how you can turn the negative into a positive. The most successful people in life, and those who have the most to be grateful for, are also those who've endured tremendous trials and managed to persevere and turn it all around.

Learn to see hardship as a chance to develop character. Imagine yourself looking back ten years from now and recounting your difficult circumstances, and being proud of how you handled it and worked through it.

Develop a gratitude journal. It's pretty simple. At the end of every day, write down five things that have made you happy or appreciative that day; not necessarily big things, even small ones count.
For example: 1) nice weather, 2) being thanked by a customer at work, 3) my pet, 4) having people who love me, 5) a funny joke or a song you like.

Take joy in the small things. Blow bubbles. Walk the dog. Get lost in the park. Goof off or watch a funny movie and have a good laugh. Life's treasures are the small pleasures; give thanks for each small gift you receive!

I rented my DVD from Netflix and yes, it has captions in English. Whew. LOL. Drama is funny! These girls are crazy (Kourtney looks fine to me). I am really trying my hardest not to pay attention and it's really getting kind of hard. Overall, though, I have really been feeling a lot of regret about my little cousin. I was in tears earlier. It feels sreally weird because I never had anybody I would be willing to change for. I love her so much and all I put her through. I really hate it. I'm also really scared because I got my discharge date and I am really thinking about how scary it is gonna be. I talked to Erica today and she was the first person who told me not to come home. Like, not really, but she said not to be in any hurry cause NOTHING has changed. Like we actually talked about some of the stuff that's been going on. Two houses got popped, an elder died, and there's been one big party since I've been gone. It was really a rude awakening for me. I realized that, that is not the way I want to live or spend the rest of my life. I am just so scared of forgetting that I have the choice to change my life and drugs and alcohol will do nothing but screw it up for me. I love myself. I love my recovery and I do not want to screw up my life. I still have a long ways to go and most of it will be by myself. And that's ok with me. I too am hard of hearing. Hi, Shane. Thanks. Yes, I am profoundly deaf in my right ear and have a 98 dB loss in my left, I can hear a little with my left ear if I use a hearing aid, though the hearing aid doesn't totally fix the problem. I can read lips, sign ASL and speak, and thus consider myself bilingual: ASL and English. I am a very layed back and drama free person. I live life to the fullest and work really hard every day. There is no reason a person should fail at life, as long as they try their best every day. I love what I do for a living, and thats helping people. God put a gift in all of us, we just have to man up and step into our purpose. The most important thing I learned in my 32 years on this earth is,, you get a better gratification from giving above all things in life. The one thing in life that money cant buy you is time and your family. Therefore spend time with your family, and use your time wisely. When you die, what will you say you did with your time. The only thing that stands in the way of your success is YOU YOU YOU YOU. Enough said, Stay up and never let no one tell you cant do it. At the end of my life, I want people to measure my success by looking at my heart not my materialistic things!!

Hey Khloe, I was wondering if you could give me some advice. My boyfriend's roommates who are also his friends have been intentionally excluding us in things they do when they include everyone else who's over. They'll pair off and make dinner together and we'll be there and they don't ask us when we always ask them to go places with them and we ask them if they want to eat with us. They've all caused so much drama with me and my boyfriend and now my boyfriend is going to move to a different apartment because he's afraid that they'll not be friends if he continues to live with them. They are incredibly rude to me and if i'm ever there when my bf is'nt they don't talk to me and don't ask me how i'm doing and if i ever talk to them they respond in one word answers and don't act like they care to talk to me. I just don't know how things are gonna be once he moves out, I'd like to be with my bf and hangout with all of them if we can all get along after he's moved but i'm afraid they wont' want me around because they'll blame me for being the reason for moving out. They seem to think that i'm changing him or i control him which is crazy because he's still the same person he was before we were dating and he does his own thing i don't try to keep him from doing things he really wants to do. For Christmas I.m getting New Shoes and Men's Colon. Last Year this girl name Kathrine that used to go to my high school asked me that she can touch my butt and I said no because that's sexual harassment. I went to the sex education when I was in the 8th grade. Last time my mom and I talked about sexual harassment in the video and I told the ladies," If its not yours don't touch it." The dean says that sexual harassment can be a lot of things. This other girl that goes to my high school wanted me to touch her butt and I said no because that's sexual harassment and I can get a lot of trouble.

i've grown up with a lot of insecurities, as have most girls...i've come to terms with most, but one that i can't seem to let go of is the stretch marks i've received from weight fluctuation over the years. i've religously used cocoa butter, even before i knew that is was good for this sort of thing. they are not as noticable as some individuals, but i know they are there and it is quite daunting. i know most girls get them, but they seem obsolete in hollywood due to the wonders of photo editing...
i just want to know if there are any tricks you may know to cover them up (any concealer, etc.) besides keeping the clothes on?

I need your help and this is very serious, Kim has a Foundation called Dream Foundation and it is so wonderful, there are Foundations for every disability and cancer except for one, I have causalgia and what this is, is severe nerve damage on both my feet which keeps me from walking and the pain is acute they put causalgia/RSD/CRPS (reflex symtomatic dystrophy) (complex regional pain syndrome) all the same field this is a crippling disease and there is no Foundation for this, they put us in the MS field, MS is for muscle and mine is nerve because not to many people have this crippling disease it is not well known, I can not get help from the MS Foundation because I don't have MS, my question is how can I get a Foundation started for this horriable disability, I have done research thru the painfoundation.org and I have learned that our troops whom are injured and have this are having difficult getting help like me and that is even more sad for all that they do, I can give you an example of what I am going thru, I found a Doctor who has a speciality in this field but he is in New Hampshire and I am in Massachusetts and my health Insurance is only for Mass therefore I can not go and get the help I need because my Insurance will not pay, I am 15 minutes from Boston and 1/2 hour from New Hampshire and I can not go there and like everyone else that is disabled I can not work so I am on social security so I can not pay, so this is the reason we have Foundations is to help people like me and to do research so I want to know how do I start a Foundation for this unknown crippling disability?? also to let you know how bad it is I am on 600mg morphine and 6 other meds just to walk to the bathroom, people with cancer are only on 50mg morphine, my mom passed from lung ca so I know also I got this from surgery from the hands of a surgeon and that is how people get this or if there leg has been damage from the war, the nerve damage disability is one of the most painful disabilitys out there, every disability is awful, but to be in so much acute pain 24/7 is enough to drive anyone to suicide, can you tell me how to get a Foundation started, I really trust you with all my heart, so I am turning to you for this advice, here we are n 2009 and there is nothing out there in this world that people like me can turn to for help.

I had to let you know there are so much similarity's between my family and yours. First of all my mom has 5 daughters and 1 boy. What do you think should have been your punishment for DUI? Maybe it is not true but you don't seem at all remorseful about what you did and it was WRONG. You should have paid a price for it. Have you ever met anyone who lost someone to drunk driving. People DIE. Why don't you seem to understand the seriousness of your situation. You got off easy but in reality your punishment should have been harsher. Your mom cried because you went to jail but how much do you think she would cry if you were killed in a drunk driving accident? I wonder what punishment she would want somebody to get if you or any of your family members were injured or killed in a drunk driving accident. THINK ABOUT IT! Hey Khoel, I just wanted to thank you for being who you are. You are an amazing person and i love the fact that you are always you 100%. Im a very out spoken person, blunt to be exact. A lot of people cant handle the fact im open and real with them. Sometimes they feel as if i am to out spoken. Do you feel i should hold back alittle bit? I've been dying to ask you about the Velashape treatment you had done on your stomach a couple of weeks ago.I recently lost just over 80lbs and continue to diet and exercise rigorously, but can't get rid of the saggy skin and stretch marks on my stomach which is so depressing after working so hard to lose the weight! Wondering how the treatment worked for you and how much it costs? I think it may be a great alternative to an invasive tummy tuck!!!

I recently watched your PETA episode & it broke my heart. You are a beautiful girl!! It took such strength to go through with the photo shoot, it made me teary eyed & it made me remember how I used to feel....I'm the mother of 3 beautiful girls and a yummy boy. I'm also the daughter of a very petite mother & sister. I grew up with a very poor body image & tried very unhealthy things to make my body look the way other women in my family looked, the way I thought I SHOULD look. I'm now going to be 40, & have a better body than I had when I was 20 & 30 & it took my having children (& seeing my body morph) & getting healthy physically before I learned I love & appreciate my athletic body. You have one too, I can see it. It's hard to compare the uniqueness God gave us when we're looking at other's around us......You are blessed to be a funny, intelligent & gorgeous girl

I was astanished to hear you read some of those nasty letters that people have sent because obviously they can't see right or are just plain stupid and don't know what beauty is. Khloe, you don't need to loss any weight, and I am not saying your are heavy, for your height you are a perfect size and if i could choose to be anyone I'd want to look like you. You are a beautiful girl and you are just the right size for you height. I am 53 and 5ft1inch I yes am pretty close to a dwarf. But not honest to god you have the looks that all girls should want to have. Not the tiny sickly size taht some girls die for I have a friend who's daughter did died to be small and she was only 16. Please never think of yourself and big and ugly. and between you and me you are better looking then your sisters not that they are not good looking but you have the looks and the soul. So on one of the episodes you wanted to make suer your mom was your real mom. My mom just got married to a great guy with twin girls and she couldn't be happier. I was hoping I could get some advice if you don't mind talking about it. I had seen on one of the latest episodes of Keeping up with the Kardashians that you have a history of skin cancer. My mother just today was diagnosed with skin cancer, I think it's Basal cell. Anyhow, you seem to be doing fantastic and it give me hope for the future as well. I was wondering if you had any advice to share, what were your difficulties and how you've dealt with it so well. I don't really have anyone I can talk to who can relate and maybe what helped you through the process so I know all the best things I can do for my mother. She's a bit older, 63 so she's not in the best health but I thoguht I could look to you for encouragement. Thanks so much.

So i went to texas and lived out there on my own waiting for my parents to sell the
house back in Jerzee cause they wanted to move there anyways.

so0 you know i met a gurl buh i couldnt continue with her cause i felt like i was missing somthing back home that i didnt take with her to texas.
and thats how i found Amaryllis again. we started talkin more and more, she would always call me and she would never wanna hang up and just stay on da phone wit me. So i fell inlove lol sounds stupid and crazy buh i did.
she would always tell me how she would come visit me and we would be together and find a way to work this out. buh i knew u cant work out a long distance relationship without having money like ur sister Kim and her man lol. buh in my case im just a regular hispanic guy trying to make money. so0..i thought bouh it and i finally told her that i wanted to move back so i can be with her as long she shes promises that she wont do me wrong and we would be happy. and she said YES so i left.

i drove back to Jerzee and arrived here Feb.14th and i was up driving for 12 hours and got here like at 3am. and i couldnt sleep cause i was so excited to see here in a couple hours. so i drove to Long Island..and there she was waiting for me at da door. 1st time we ever met and i got so scared to leave da car..omg she looked so beautiful. when i looked into her eyes for the 1st time ..i knew i was inlove =/

everything was perfect, she would always call me and tell me how she cant believe were actually together, she would always tell me she loves me and write her status on myspace and aim sayin how much she loved me...guess what..she doesnt do does things anymore..and i feel like i have da blame for it..

Khloe you are my absolute fave and i know this question may be a little overwhelming especially because you come from a very close knit family..something ive yearned 4 and never had. Im 31. My mother left us when i was 7 and went back to japan(im half japanese half irish) and i havent heard from her since. my father abandoned me in ohio when i was 14 and i recently found him last year and met with him to get closure. I have over the years forgave but havent forgotten the sadness my parents caused not to mention the damage that was done mentally. I have fortunatley made a nice family here in ohio. i have 6 beautiful children that keeps me going everyday. I have a wonderful job working with battered women(another downfall i went through at 1 point that i overcame) anyways... back to my question, how do i move foward about the fact both my parents abandoned me. i know im 31 and should have moved on but its hard. Sometimes i feel so alone. If it werent for my kids i dont know where id be. i look up 2 your strong beliefs in life and i commend you 4 all your successes. It would be my dream to hear back from you and possibly meet you one day. I watch your show all of the time, and you are my favorate of the kids. You remind me of my place in my family because I am the tallest out of six girls. My tallest sister is only 5"6 I am 6 foot tall. I just wanted to let you know that being tall is not always a bad thing and in no way shape or form are you overweight you look perfect. I met my husband in the end august of 2008, got engaged in the middle of October , and married soon after January 2 of 2009 . We had so many barriers to go through. Like the culture difference , I am Brazilian and he is American, finding out my father had cancer the day of our wedding, finances is almost always a problem between couples, and so many others we had to over come. I really admire how you are full of confidence and speak what is on your mind. I am aspiring to be more like you. I sometimes am filled with self-doubt and I definitely lack confidence. It is tough because I know I am an awesome person--I know I am intelligent, funny, and probably even charming but I get nervous around people and particularly around highly educated people. i am about to graduate from college with a B.A. so I really need to learn how to articulate my thoughts and ideas to people but I am missing the kind of uuuuuummmFFFFF, that I know you possess.
